Eliana got this 13 in one Dr Seuss book from her grandparents for Christmas. Every night while Tony feeds her, I read her a story and that’s the book we’re on. It’s full of tongue-tied twisters and I love it.
I moved the laptop into the big living room today so I could read blogs while Eliana napped in the family room (not that said nap ever happened, but not the point). In the family room, the laptop lived on the coffee table. It has a drawer that I use. After moving it, I put it on the big living room coffee table. It has 2 drawers. But since I never use it, I don’t think about it.
I was getting frustrated about all the crap on the coffee table. I tend to like my immediate vicinity to be clutter free. So I looked down and noticed the coffee table drawers. I said “Look! Drawers! Now I can use the drawers for things I usually put in drawers!” I was very excited about it. Tony said I sounded like Dr. Seuss. Maybe we should switch to a different book.
*After reading all that it occurred to me that “drawer” may be the weirdest word ever. Right after “obey”. Sounds like pig latin to me.
