That’s quite enough

2/4/08- Tooth #5 comes in.

I waited a little to blog it since it seems like everytime I do, we get another one.  Guess it’s time to start feeding her some steak.  Thankfully, she seems to be taking a break now.  She’s sleeping better at night and I am so grateful.

Naps are hit or miss, but she usually goes down without crying at all.  Yesterday there was a weird freak out session at the last nap, so we skipped it.  I know she might start thinking that if she cries enough, I’ll just give in, but this was different.  She was hyperventilating and hiccupy.  She looked so panicked and I could not leave her there.  It took her a good 15 minutes to calm down and she wanted nothing to do with Tony.   So unlike her.  But today she went down with no crying, so maybe it was a fluke thing and it’ll Never Never happen again.

Also, I got my hair straightened and it kinda sorta didn’t work and I hate it.  I can blow-dry/flat iron it straight-ish, but it’s still frizzy.  Any suggestions are welcome.  Please.  And I vow that once my hair grows out I will never bitch about my curly hair again.  At least I knew what the hell to do with it so it looked decent.

So you got a straight perm?? I have naturally curly hair and I blow dry and flat iron it daily!!! The key to not having the frizz is the right conditioner. I use Matrix in the orange bottle. A bit pricey, but I swear by it. I have always thought about getting a straight perm. My hair curly is uncontrollable and I never think it looks good. If I could have soft curls without frizz, I would wear it like that all the time!
